YMCA Panthers (U9’s) have entered One Tournament England Experience at St.George’s Park National Football Centre
Here we go, here we go, here we go…
YMCA Panthers (U9’s) are on their way to the St. George’s Park, England National Football Centre, on 8th August 2021
Over 500 grassroots teams have competed at the ‘One Tournament’ football experience in the last 3 years at England’s football headquarters. YMCA Panthers (U9’s) will sing the anthem and battle it out with other clubs from across the UK in this ultimate tournament experience.
The award winning St. George’s Park National Football Centre, where all of England’s national football teams train, is regarded as the best football centre in the world.
In recent years Messi trained at the venue with Barcelona on a pre season training camp. Now the boys at YMCA Panthers will have the opportunity to play on this prestigious venue.
The boys are thrilled to be competing in such a high profile event, and the opportunity to compete against other grassroots teams that they have never played before.
Coach Nick Wood says ‘We want the boys to keep improving and we feel this tournament will aid their development. It presents a new challenge against different players and teams in a new environment. It’s also be a great day out for the football family here at YMCA Panthers, and something to look forward too and back on with fond memories.’
